virang: India; I am an industrial designer with Mechatronics background based in India, currently working as Industrial designer (Major in electromechanics integration) in a Mumbai based firm. I believe that design as in the aesthetic and user-centred aspects of product design is a science itself, but in world of complex electromechanical integrated product it added one more vertical of electronics and electronics design integration in your everyday product. Now days I think that what makes designer stand out is their focus on the user and their ability to think broader aspects of the product as single entity with integration of the electronics, Mechanical, firmware, Software etc. My efforts here to integrated multiple vertical in single focus product which could add more advantage in world of connected device.
